With reference to the attached Daily
Report of the 10,000 miles test in France 27.4.30.
We think that the high radiator temperature
complained off may be due to the radiator filter that
we have already mentioned causing restriction in the
water circulation.

Previous 10,000 mile tests on Phantom ll have
indicated that with the standard system we are not under-
cooled.
