Memorandum to the Directors from C.J.- Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} CJ24/E4/12/23 - 2

1. My memorandum to Mr.Royce dated 28th November.

2. Mr.Royce's reply dated 30th November.

It is not believed by the Sales Department that the increase in the length of bodies on the Goshawk by two inches would interfere with the sale of the big car.

It will be for the Board to decide whether we should be content with the present rate of sales of Goshawks or whether Mr.Royce should be asked to strengthen the chassis so as to carry bodies of a type M1 which are most in demand by the public.

After consultation with the Chairman it has been agreed that the Board Meeting, instead of being held at Derby, should be held at 15 Conduit Street, London at 3 o'clock on Friday the 7th instant.
