re. 27-EX.- SIR HENRY ROYCE.
_____________________________

We would like to let Park Ward have this chassis to do the mounting of the body. We could do this if you could send it with the dual carburetter system not fitted.

They will want the chassis for mounting the body by Nov. 26. as there is a possibility that R.{Sir Henry Royce} might go to France about Dec. 7. The car leaves England a few days before that, and you will want it for a few days after it leaves Park Ward.

In order not to delay the chassis we suggest that you omit the following if we do not give you designs in time for you to have them fitted:

(1) Double switch on column for 2 note horn.
(2) Rear tank with central vent.
(3) Bonnet with shutters - fit bonnet with either vertical or horizontal louvres. Please tell us what you are going to fit as it affects our scuttle ventilators.

A reply by return as to what you are able to do in these matters would help us to formulate a programme.
