Dear Mr. Longley,

I am glad to hear that you are going to tackle this /u-speed question. I think it will be worth your attention. Your V.G.91 which is now on our rig seems to be better than the Thermoid D.35.IH.

If Mr.Shilton would like to see our rig before he starts making anything he might find some points worth copying. We have been very particular to make it so that the heat generated during one run is negligible, but of course we can heat the drum up to any temperature. I could show him the rig working.
