re Lucas Horn relay No.ER332270/47.

This was a new relay received with one pair of WT.13 horns. It is stated by the fitter, that the relay was in its present bad condition (cover not properly on, and part of the base broken) when received. In addition, the unit appears to be faulty, as horns connected to it, do not sound at all on the "loud" side, but operate normally on the "soft" side.

Will you please arrange for the above unit to be returned to the makers for their examination and repair. To be addressed for the attention of Mr. Toulmin.
