Re J.B.64

4 Mercury is used instead of coloured alcohol, as in the case of the P&R.{Sir Henry Royce}
5 It reads correct to within 2° fah. as the Chloride Co state. (in this case it reads 2° high)
6 The scale covers all the likely temperatures to be experienced from 40° up to 140° fah.
7 It is packed in a small box just large enough for it to fit comfortably.

Signed f.J.
