10th August, 1936.

Messrs. Borg & Beck Company Ltd.,
Tachbrook Road,
Leamington Spa.

For the attention of Mr. Barker.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 7th inst., we omitted to say therein that we should like the three 10" discs faced with S.6424 material to have standard rivetting, i.e. with alternate rivetting on the inner row.

We think this will be quite satisfactory as the new material is much stronger than "No.6" at high temperatures.

We trust you will urge these and the special 11" clutches to your utmost, as we are very anxious to proceed with the tests.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LTD.
