Ex. from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} " " Copy to Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} X4 554 Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}2/T30.8.32. FRAMES. The answer to Roy{Sir Henry Royce}9/MG29.8.32 is very simple. We must keep ordering the present type of hot pressed nickel frames until the Experimental Dept. have produced a Standardisation Sheet saying that the cold pressed is satisfactory. I think it is very obvious and plain to everyone that we cannot introduce anything without proper tests, as instituted long ago, and a standardisation sheet fully endorsed. Therefore Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} must go ahead and order what is already instructed to keep up continuity of output. [STAMP] RECEIVED 1932 AUG 30 Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} | ||
