| X261 To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/IH.18.11.33. STREAMLINE BENTLEY B.23-AE. Many thanks for your note. I will deal with the items in the order given in your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/KT.16.11.33. (1) We have to admit a reduction in the Standard Lock by a very small amount. The stops on the axle should be set to suit. (2) See Item No. 10. in my memo. (3) Wings will be mounted properly. Now only temporary. (4) See Item No. 11. in my memo. (5) See Item No. 12. in my memo. (6) An outside mirror is the only other alternative. No worse than the drop-head coupé. (7) See Item No. 15. in my memo. (8) See Item No. 17. in my memo. (9) Agree, can't alter this car now. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
