To J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} from R.{Sir Henry Royce} Copy to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Copytto Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} COPY R1/P 22. 7. 14. With reference to light narrow torpedo bodies, the brake lever should be on the outside. I do not like setting the levers as suggested to the Belgian Agent, but the brake lever bracket should be packed out on an aluminium packing, bodily, which I understand is often done. In the new box 4/13 the two systems, i. e.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, change lever and brake lever are separate, and can more easily be separated by any reasonable required distance.
