Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/R.23.10.37. We have disposed of two old experimental bodies from the cars we have scrapped. The best offer we could get was £42/10/-. One was practically scrap, and the other, 5.B.IV, wanted a lot of money spending on it. We still have an almost new Coupé body which we are having to store as Sales cannot find a customer, and Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} is also writing to us about 34-EX body of which he cannot dispose. If we release a chassis for Sr's car, it looks as though we shall have still another body on our hands. Our storage facilities being very limited mean that we have to dispose of these bodies as best we can. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
