RR.238 (300 Bks.) (SF 152. 6-11-18.) MP 197880 X.1109. ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. INSTRUCTIONS. To W Clarke 28-2-1922 Order No Customer's No. Mr Birkby of the firm who supply us with "Elo" moulding powder informed me that they are making a varnish for impregnating armature coils, etc. which they call "Elo" varnish. he says that messrs Lucas consider it the best they have tried. Do you think it advisable to order say 2 gallons of this so that we could try it. Instead of Armacell? I think also it would be better for our coils (ignition) & perhaps do away with the slight "greening" which we get at present. Signed E J Brock This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
