One gallon tin of M.R.695 insulating varnish has been received from the Insulating and Waterproofing Compounds Ltd., 99 Curtain Road, London, E.C. and is now being handed over to Mr. Brock's Dept. for comparative trial with the Armacell varnish which we use at present for impregnating purposes.
