I understand that AA.{D. Abbot-Anderson} has discussed with you the matter of any stunts you may be attempting at Brooklands or other places in England.

He suggests that he should be 'in' on these things so that he is in a position to talk about them to the people he meets at Brooklands and elsewhere.

It seems to me it is quite a good idea, because we have really taken AA.{D. Abbot-Anderson} off his inspection duties to a very great extent, so that he may attend the various Race Meetings over here, and sometimes abroad, and just talk about the merits of the Bentley car, to counteract the rival propaganda that may be put about against us.

Presumably by being 'in' on these he means being present when you have in mind carrying out any of these stunts, and if you see no objection perhaps you will remember to let him participate as far as you feel practicable.
