QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

PHANTOM I, PHANTOM II, 20 HP., and 25 HP. CHASSIS.

The attached lists show the most prevalent complaints which have been dealt with by the Repairs Departments during the last quarter ending September 1930, and include Phantom I, Phantom II, 20 HP, and 25 HP. Cars.

The total returns include those cars attended to at Works, Cricklewood and Paris.

In the remarks column we try to show whether a cure has been found or not, and also what action has been taken.

There are other complaints which we attend to free of charge, but generally they are less in number than those shown on the lists.

Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}
