G.W. Hancock, Hotel-de-France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. To GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X55406 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}14/W.4.3.30. We have received your wire saying that the ball bearing on the bevel pinion is worn badly. We replied saying that we were sending to you a new axle. This will be a new hypoid axle similar to the one at present on the car, and we expect to despatch it tomorrow morning (Wednesday). We propose sending it to Paris and to get them to arrange to send it by the quickest route to Chateauroux. We are also sending to you a propeller shaft suitable for 14-G4 which will take the standard axle. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
