the cause of the trouble, and if they are
made slack like the head of an old Landaulet
it should not then "boom".

We informed Mr Haldenby to this effect
but he strongly objects to making this
alteration because of spoiling the appearance
of the car, because, he says if the panels
are made sufficiently slack they will "flop
about and look like a shapeless bag of wind."
