With reference to the enclosed sheet re booming bodies, Mr. Platford suggests that Mr. Spinney's ideas be tried on 23CO.

I am sorry to say I have no time to thoroughly consider this subject, as I look upon it more as the body builders business, but I have no objection to the experiments being performed.
