CJ1/E27/7/23 Referring to your Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1/LG26/7/23, what wording is to be used in the plate on the battery box and in the plate on the generator? I suggest that the wording should be reversed as follows:- WHEN THE BATTERY IS OUT OF ORDER OR DISCONNECTED, THE CENTRAL (EXCITING) WIRE SHOULD BE DETACHED FROM THE DYNAMO. OTHERWISE IF THE CHARGING SWITCH BE ACCIDENTALLY USED, (something - I don't know what) MAY BE DAMAGED. CJ. | ||
