Improvements to the Phantom's riding and steering qualities by reducing front-end weight.

The riding and steering qualities can be improved
by reducing the weight on the front wheels as follows :-

(1).... Short chassis preferred.
(2).... Spare wheel at rear.
(3).... Battery in frame.
(4).... Lighter engine, clutch, flywheel, radiator, and bonnet.

The steering should be the slowest possible. This
is better than an increase of B.HP., but we should like both.
