Recommendation to take the B.V. model off the road due to poor performance compared to a reference model.

As you know, except for Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car, B.V's were completed after the commencement of the Blitzkrieg. As a result of this we have never even been in a position to check that they are representative of what the B.V. should be, nor have we the facilities for so doing at the present moment. Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car, in our opinion, is representative of the type. We have heard unofficially that B.34.AW in no way compares with Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car with regard to smoothness, silence or suspension.
