561 N/W. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} NRC{N. R. Chandler} Br/G23/G.20-10-37. Can Lon do this? GRY{Shadwell Grylls} re.Chassis No. GPZ-67. Major Digby Whitehead. This customer has been troubled recurrently with clutch jaggers. We relined the clutch at 41,000 miles, and further attention was given at 43,000,44,000,50,000 and again at 53,000. The Works have been pressing him for payment of the recent job and he says the work was not satisfactory, and proposes sending the car in again. We feel that this warrants special attention, and if you have another pair of the copper-lead plates available, we should be glad if you will let us have them. Would you be kind enough to indicate, by return if you are able to help in this connection. On Tuesday 19th, I sent two pairs of plates to Br at N from Kingsbury.
