To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X1300 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}9/KW.11.11.35. Ph.III & 25 HP. Marles Type Steering. The oil leak from the steering gear of 33-EX has proved to be due primarily to bad fitting. However, we agree that the design was rather difficult to produce satisfactorily, and we suggest the modification shown on Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9 attached. Will you please detail this and fit to all steering gears as soon as possible. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/F.J.Hardy. | ||
