We have submitted our times for thedetails given under D.O. memo, and we have now received official confirmation under memo ref. C/Rb.{R. Bowen}10/M/139A1/.1.11.33., of the extra cost for fitting this unit on production. The detail of this cost is as follows :-

1. As affecting normal long type chassis.

When 37% of the chassis output is continental type, the above represents an average increased cost on all 40/50-HP. chassis of £2.8.6. per chassis.
