Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark.

In reply to your letter of the 7th. inst., we have now a number of 12 cylinder Magnetos going through for the Ministry and if you will kindly send us your order for a pair to your specification we will include them in the above batch.

The reason for their not having come through sooner is that new demands have been made with regard to safety gaps by the Ministry and as we have been able to satisfy their conditions on the 9 cylinder Models, which are now approved for use on aircraft, we are now in a position to complete our contracts for 12 cylinder magnetos, and shall be very pleased to include a pair for your goodselves.

Regretting the delay.

We remain,
Yours faithfully,

p.p. NORTH & SONS LIMITED,

Governing Director.
