VULTURE
INSTRUMENT BOARD.

As you will no doubt know, we get a fair demand for a large dial speedometer and a tachometer on P.2. Continental Cars.

We feel that we should have these on Vulture and suggest that at least for the first car, we use the Bentley Speedometer and Tachometer Patch, having suitably celebrated dials. Can we get a tachometer drive for the engine?

With respect to the switch and the rest of the instruments, we suggest that for this first car we should use the Bentley centre patch.

We have an idea for making the board all of wood and shewing it black except the dials (Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}'s idea). The black metal shield, such as on Bentley, is very like a lot of other cars, and we feel that real wood is looked upon as a great luxury in these days, when imitation wood and painted metal are on all the chief cars.

Would you please have sent to us an arrangement drawing of the centre and side patches for Bentley, so that we can set out what we have in mind.
