X No. 4272 Drawing No. Part List Origin: To assist in cooling floor-boards. Experimental Test Report. This modification consists of reducing the length of the undershield by 10" approx. It is still as effective as regards preventing mud getting on to the parts which need protection. Road Test Report. Fitted to 6-G-11 - run 1760 miles. - 700 miles on muddy roads. Fitted to 5-G-11 - run 460 miles. A Scrap and replace at all costs, including Chassis already delivered to customers. B Scrap and replace on Chassis in works. C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test. D Use existing stock Alteration effective on future Chassis. Weight of Old Part.
