Heaters for Bentley V.{VIENNA} ------------------ With reference to our talk about heaters for Bentley V's, when I was at the Works on the 22nd inst., you will be interested to hear the matter was discussed at a meeting of our Coachwork Committee, when it was decided to bring the B.V. into line with the R-R.{Sir Henry Royce} This means that a heater is to form part of the standard equipment of each standard car, but it will not be given away in the chassis price. Accordingly, there will be a heater in each Standard Park Ward Saloon and any other bodies which are standardised, other than Open bodies. But if the purchaser of a chassis only wants a heater, he will have to pay extra for it. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
