WHEEL CARRIER AT REAR. X8600 [crossed out] X8400 [crossed out]

We send herewith N. scheme 2402. shewing a modification to the combined wheel carrier and luggage grid at rear to overcome a defect experienced by R.{Sir Henry Royce} in France, the wheel having a tendency to climb up the plate.

As this will affect the proposed standardisation of this carrier we suggest that the modification should be carried out on an existing carrier as quickly as possible.

We understand that at the first convenient opportunity it should be fitted to R's car - 7-EX.
