To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} X3587 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}1/LG21.11.27. 20 HP. STARTER MOTOR. X5650 As a result of our investigations of various schemes of the motor drive we have decided that for the present standard design to incorporate the circumferential teeth for the stop, leaving the other parts standard. We have tested this scheme and the following are the parts needed - D.51593 operating bush, D.51559 shafts and D.51558 stop. We recommend this is adopted as soon as possible.
