STEEL WHEELS. 40/50 CHASSIS.
-----------------------------

With reference to BY14/H.17.2.25. and BY9/H.19.2.25. before ordering a quantity of these wheels, we should like to see and try them.

I understand that C. has written W. asking that this may be arranged at the earliest possible moment, as it is of course important that we should order these wheels as early as possible, but we do not like to do so until we have had some knowledge of how they run on the road, whether they affect the steering, and what they are like in appearance.

Please let us know what tests have been made with these wheels on the road to ascertain whether they affect the steering, or any other points, or whether they cause squeaks, etc. when going round corners, or at any other time.

BJ.
