unemployment, should soon pick up my usual good health if I was working again. I was employed by the British Celanese, Spondon for over three years in their B.A. Engineering Department from 1929 - 1932 as time and labour cost clerk, being pro-moted on to the staff when I had gained a knowledge of the job and only had to leave owing to reduction of staff. I served in the army from 1914 - 1921, attaining the rank of Acting Captain, attached to the Military Works Service, Indian Army, when I was employed there after the war as Works Officer A.N.W.F.P. I am willing to go anywhere you may desire and would do my utmost to satisfy your requirements to the best of my ability, if you can see your way, please, to find a position in your firm. I can produce good referen if required. I beg to remain Sir, Yours faithfully, James C. Barnes. W.A. Robotham. Esq. Messrs Rolls Royce. Ltd. Derby | ||
