Modification to the Spectre Crankcase rear flange to use set-screws instead of studs.

The rear flange of the crankcase should have set-screws in place of studs to permit of easily detaching the clutch casings, the inserts being provided for the set-screws. The other holes will have bolts as before. We send you herewith LeC.4690 showing the above modification as applied to the large flywheel, but it is also applicable to the present small one.
