Clarifying a point about the Phantom III charging system's armature fuse for the instruction book.

A complaint of failure of the charging system on Mr. Scott Mason's Phantom III the other day, was ultimately traced to failure of the armature fuse. The Owner pointed out that had the book been clear on this point it would have saved him considerable time and trouble and would have avoided a special visit of a mechanic.
