| V262 W/P - Sr. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}24/KW.29.4.36. E.R. Hall - Le Mans Race. Replying to Sr.3/Crn.3/1.4.36. The procedure so far in connection with all matters appertaining to Mr. Hall's car when carrying out competition work is to charge everything to Mr. Hall and then before the invoices are submitted to him they are sent to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, who deals with them as he thinks fit. In this particular case, the simplest way would be for you to write direct to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and tell him that these expenses are unavoidable, and ask him if he would like the same policy to be carried out. Incidentally, Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} is the person who agreed to Mr. Hall running at Le Mans, so there should be no difficulty. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
