We have taken particular care that all work which is being undertaken to alter Mr. Hall's car from the standard specification is either covered by the rules or by permission in writing from the R.A.C. Attached is copy of a letter which we got Mr. Hall to obtain from the R.A.C., which covers the modifications not specifically allowed by the rules.
