x46/ Re Non-Freezing Liquid for Cooling Purposes.

With reference to H16/EB23620, if you are satisfied that these liquids have no harmful effects on the materials with which they will come in contact, Mr. Hives may like to have a sufficient quantity for use on one of the experimental cars so that some experience can be gained during the hot weather to ascertain whether the drop in specific heat will affect noticeably the efficiency of the cooling system, and it can also be ascertained whether any harmful effects occur.
