X/7300 RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/KT.21.2.33. CLUTCH FOR 8 LITRE PHANTOM. We want to try and lighten the clutch operation on this unit with the new clutch to N.sch.3551. We send you herewith Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}937 shewing an arrangement of needle rollers for the finger bearings. Will you please fit this to No.25 unit at the same time that the bore is increased and the new clutch fitted. We think also that the pad at the short end of the fingers should be hardened, and also the set screw on which it rubs. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
