The results for the IV section are given as photostat copies of groups of actual records taken on the recording voltmeter, all records being numbered with the number of the corresponding battery on the table.
25 Divisions vertically (half the total height) represent 10 amperes.
Each horizontal division represents 15 minutes.

Our programme of special tests will comprise such items as the following :-

(1) Temperature effect on discharge capacity of standard battery.
(2) Vibration tests of the various batteries.
(3) Special tests on disintegration of plates.
(4) Leakage of charge tests.
(5) Tests on the effects of over-charging.

These special tests will be carried out on only such batteries as compare favourably, on the tests already described, with our standard.
