PHANTOM III No.13 (32-EX)

Will you please instruct for a pipe to be made which goes direct from the oil pump to the relief valve, thus cutting out the oil cooler.

The pipe to be equipped with a thermometer pocket for checking temperatures and when complete despatch to Waller at Chateauroux for use on the above car.

This request has been made by telegram and is URGENT.
