With reference to the above car which Mr. Royce used during his last visit to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence, it is noticed that the starter is very noisy. Mr. Royce would like to know what you can apply of the improvements that have been suggested, to make this better, and additionally he would like to know how the same improvements to the starter pinion have progressed.
