The introduction and performance of silent tread tyres on Phantom and 20 HP cars.

The silent tread tyres in the 20 HP. sizes are not yet available, but we expect to receive samples very shortly. We are satisfied that the silent tread pattern provides a reasonable non-skid; for side slips they are quite as effective as the old pattern, but we have the impresssion that the wheels spin more easily on a greasy road.
