Mr De Looze. 26.2.12 I would mention to you the fact that this man has not yet paid anything for the above. We had overlooked this but same was pointed out to me by Mr Lomas, and we immediately put the matter before Ward, who states that having hired the car from the Company to complete a certain journey which was not completed, and he maintains through no fault of his, no charge should be made, the job being a total loss to him by reason that the journey was not completed. We do not venture any opinion on these statements, but promised to put the matter before you, and shall therefore be glad to have your remarks. E.P. | ||
