Phantom III - Carburetter Flooding.

With reference to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/P.25.5.37, the real difference between the filters on Phantom III and 25/30 H.P. is not a dimensional difference so far as size is concerned, but is a difference in the mesh of the filters.

The scheme for Phantom III specified 60 mesh filters whereas in the case of the 25/30 H.P., the filter was specified to be made from a sample made by The Stromberg Company, which was found to be 100 mesh.
