1. Plugs in the Vee only.
2. Two 6 cyl. distributors or one existing 12 cyl. distributor.
3. Crankshaft with wider main bearings.
4. Elimination of need for water cooled exhaust bends owing to elimination of outer plugs.
5. Simplified auxiliary drives.
6. 12" semi-centrifugal long clutch.
7. Simplified sump, floating oil intake filter.
8. Provision for starter motor of the Bentley type either side of the crankcase.
9. Wraith type bottom tappets.
10. Four port exhaust system.
11. Clutch housing prepared for integral gearbox.
12. Simplified forked connecting rod design modelled on Lincoln. (If possible to avoid gashing of liner.)
13. Provision for hydraulic bottom tappets should they ever be required.
14. I/C. cylinder heads would save approx. £15 - £20 per engine.
15. Delete combined oil drain cock and oil indicator moved to visible place simply as Wraith.
16. Oil filler is on wrong side of engine for 'throw out' of oil. If on other side then breather pipe can be included on filler as Wraith. At present rather expensive separate breather is used.
17. Delete external pressure filter and use A.C. bye-pass.
18. Delete top water rails and use outlets in heads.
19. 1 1/2 engine speed improved dynamo.
