To By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} c. EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} c. Ry/NHW. X4338 EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/T16.6.23. X.4338 - GOSHAWK ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Further to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/T5.6.23, we have made a test to determine the car road speeds which should not be exceeded when attempting to light the lamps from the dynamo direct, without the battery connected. If only the side lamps be switched on, we find this speed to be 9 1/4 m.p.h. If all the lights are switched on, we find the speed to be 13 m.p.h. At higher speeds, there would be considerable risk of burning out the lamps. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
