Special Output figures of Goshawk Dynamo
A test was made on Goshawk dynamo N=288 to find the speeds at which outputs of 2.5, 5.0 & 7.5 amps respectively were obtained at -13.0 volts hot.
The machine was run at maximum output until a steady temperature of 68° C was reached, when the performance of the above was found to be as below.
Table:
Amps | Dynamo r.p.m | Corresponding car m.p.h.
2.5 | 700 | 9.5
5.0 | 805 | 10.9
7.5 | 965 | 13.0
