GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} reports battery failures due to
over-tightening of the securing nuts, the attached
scheme removes the nut underneath the box and also
provides a finger grip nut on top of battery.

BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} intimated that he would like this
putting on production at once.
