We have your favour of the 3rd November and note what you tell us in regard to the setting of the Clock to time. In timing the Clock here, we set it to time by merely moving the actual hands, but we take it that this could not be done on your test. If you will be good enough to return the Clock here, we will fit a knurled knob at the back of the case which will communicate with the setting of the hands so that hand adjustment can be made externally. Please advise us when returning the Clock so that we may be on the look out for same. Yours faithfully, FOR GENT & CO.LTD.
