(50) Salt will also instruct a thick washer to go between the carburetter and the induction pipe of 21-G-IV.

(51) He will also run 20 hours continuously on B-14 and then examine the pistons.

(52) Matthews will follow up the semi-split pistons for the big bore 20/25.

(53) Steadman will investigate why our present running temperature on the Bentley appears to be 71° to 72° instead of 80°. Also whether he can save any money by altering the suppliers of the Calorstat.

(54) Matthews will instruct the large slipper wheel and timing case to be fitted to B-4-34 for a preliminary test.

(55) Smith will demonstrate a car with the correct strength of pedal return spring on the Borg & Beck fitted to the big bore.

(56) Smith will see whether the slipper wheel cannot be simplified by making the driving springs on the same specification as the Borg & Beck clutch centre.
